Refund Policy

Cuneiform LLC ("ClearList") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to paid passes purchased on clearlist.me.

What You're Paying For

ClearList offers paid passes that unlock additional features beyond the free tier. Paid passes are one-time payments — not subscriptions. They do not auto-renew. Each pass provides access to additional items and features for a fixed period (e.g., 30 days).

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original payment date. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This 14-day window also aligns with the EU right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. EU and EEA customers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@clearlist.me with:

  • The email address associated with your ClearList account.
  • The approximate date of purchase.
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

What Happens After a Refund

  • Once a refund is approved, we will process it through the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • After a refund is processed, your account will revert to the free tier. Items beyond the free tier limit will remain in your account but your sale page may be taken offline until you are within the free tier limits.
  • Active reservations on your items will not be affected by the refund — buyers who have already reserved items will still be able to complete their pickup.

Free Tier

The ClearList free tier (up to 5 items for 3 days) is free of charge. Since no payment is involved, there is nothing to refund. You can use the free tier to evaluate ClearList before purchasing a paid pass.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are made after the 14-day window, or in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds). We may also make exceptions to grant refunds outside the 14-day window if circumstances warrant it — just reach out and we will do our best to help.
