1. Overview

ClearList ("we," "our," "us") provides a platform for hosting moving sales. By using ClearList, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create a seller account.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Buyers do not need accounts. They verify via email for reservations.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings

You may only list items you legally own and have the right to sell.
Prohibited items include: firearms, weapons, adult content, live animals, drugs, and hazardous materials.
Auto-generated descriptions are suggestions. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
Suggested prices are estimates based on market data. You may adjust prices as you see fit.

4. Reservations & Transactions

ClearList facilitates connections between sellers and buyers. We are not a party to any transaction.
Reservations expire after 7 days.
All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. ClearList does not process payments between buyers and sellers.
We are not responsible for the condition, quality, or authenticity of listed items.

5. Premium Features

The free tier allows up to 3 active items with no time limit. Free sale pages expire after 30 days and must be re-published.
Move Sale costs $20 for a 30-day period. Garage Sale costs $39 for a 60-day period. Neither is a subscription. There is no auto-renewal.
Move Sale unlocks up to 50 items and custom URL selection. Garage Sale unlocks up to 250 items.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests should be directed to us within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Facebook Integration

If you connect your Facebook account, you authorize ClearList to post listings to Facebook Marketplace on your behalf and respond to buyer messages. You can disconnect at any time. You must comply with Facebook's Commerce Policies for any items posted through our platform.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant ClearList a license to display it on your sale page and shared platforms.
Auto-generated descriptions are provided as-is and may be freely edited by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClearList is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of auto-generated content, pricing estimates, or dimensions. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, lost or damaged items, or missed pickups. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium features in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of significant changes via email. Continued use of ClearList after changes constitutes acceptance.
