About ClearList
ClearList helps people sell their stuff before a move. You photograph what you want to sell, and the app writes each listing for you: title, description, price research, dimensions. Everything goes on one page you can share anywhere. Buyers pick what they want, get in line, and schedule a time to come get it. The seller doesn't answer a single message.

Two things worth asking about. ClearList does not sell listing position, and won't after a marketplace exists. And an AI agent connected to ClearList cannot share a seller's home address in one step: it must first name the recipient and freeze the exact address for the seller to check, and only then can a second, separately authorised call send it. The threat model is someone recognizing furniture in a listing and posing as a buyer, so the recipient has to be a buyer who reserved an item and verified their email, and the seller is emailed a record every single time. A human yes sits in the middle, on purpose.
Boilerplate
Short: ClearList does the listing work so you can focus on packing. Photograph your stuff, get a sale page, share one link.
Long: ClearList is an AI resale manager. You take photos of the things you want to sell, and AI writes each listing with a researched price and estimated dimensions. All your items go on one shareable page. Buyers browse, reserve what they want in a first-come queue, and schedule their own pickup time. The seller never has to answer “is this still available?”
