How It Works
Photograph your stuff
Walk through a room. Take one photo per item. Do not write anything down. Do not look up prices. Do not think about where to post it. Just take photos.
ClearList accepts up to 50 photos at once. The AI figures out what each item is, writes the listing (title, description, price, dimensions, condition, transport notes), and has everything ready for you to review in about 30 seconds per item. The part that used to take an entire weekend takes about 20 minutes.
One link for your whole sale
All your items go on a single sale page. One URL. Share it on Facebook, Nextdoor, your group chat, wherever.
If you still want to post on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, every item has a copy-paste button that grabs the AI-written listing for you. The share section also has a listing helper that summarizes all your items into one post for creating a garage sale event on Marketplace. Include the QR code as one of your photos so buyers land on your sale page. No rewriting, no reformatting.
Buyers reserve, no messaging
Buyers browse your sale page, pick what they want, and join a queue. First come, first served. If someone ghosts, the next person in line gets notified automatically.
No more “is this still available?” No more coordinating with 10 people for one lamp. Pickup scheduling syncs with your Google Calendar, so buyers can only book times when you are actually free. You share your address only when you are ready, and only with the person who is next in line.
Why This Exists
I built ClearList while preparing for an international move. I had an apartment full of furniture, electronics, and household items that needed to go in a few weeks.
I tried doing it the normal way. Marketplace. Craigslist. Local Facebook groups. After the fifth “is this still available?” message from someone who disappeared, and the third person who agreed to pick up a couch and never came, I realized the tools were the problem. They were built for casual, one-at-a-time selling. I needed to move 30+ things with a deadline.
Nothing like ClearList existed. So I built it.

Who It Is For
Moving. The lease ends in three weeks. Everything must go.
Estate sales. Processing a relative's household is already emotionally heavy. The logistics of selling should not make it worse.
Downsizing. Going from a house to an apartment. Half the furniture does not fit.
Garage sales and yard sales. You have the stuff. You have the weekend. What you do not have is a way to price 40 items, write descriptions for all of them, and let people know what you are selling before they drive over. ClearList gives you a sale page you can share ahead of time so buyers show up knowing what you have and what it costs.
The garage that stopped being a garage. You have not parked in there for a year. It is full of things you kept "just in case" and now you cannot walk through it without turning sideways.
The storage unit you are paying for every month. You moved the stuff in there because you did not want to deal with it. That was six months ago. You are still paying $150/month to avoid a problem that would take one afternoon to solve.
The "I've been meaning to" pile. The guest bedroom that became a storage room. The stuff that has been sitting in a corner since the last time you told yourself you would deal with it this weekend.
Selling for a specific situation? We have step-by-step guides for a whole-house move, online estate sales, and downsizing your home.
“My guest bedroom was basically a Doom Room filled with stuff to sell. When my best friend came to visit, she had to stay in a hotel. That was my lowest point.”

If that sounds familiar, this is for you.
What the AI Actually Does
You take a photo. The AI returns:
- Title and description. Written for buyers, not for you. Includes brand, material, age, and condition based on what it sees.
- Price suggestion. Based on comparable sales across platforms. Not a guess.
- Dimensions and weight estimate. So buyers know if it fits in their car before they ask.
- Condition assessment. Honest, not inflated.
- Transport notes. "Fits in a sedan" or "requires two people" so there are no surprises at pickup.
You review everything and adjust whatever you want. Most people spend 5–10 seconds per item.
What You Do Not Have To Do
- Write descriptions
- Research prices
- Cross-post to multiple platforms
- Answer "is this still available?" (ever again)
- Manage conversations with tire kickers
- Figure out who messaged first
- Text your home address to strangers
- Chase down no-shows
